Following my telephone conversation with Tom, it is our very great pleasure to offer Thanks x 1,000,000(!) to him, Josh, Tim and the teams that ensured that our house-move last week was -as promised- as painless and stress-free as it possibly could have been! Everyone involved (not forgetting Veronika and Sean (Shaun?) "back at base") is to be complimented on the thorough professionalism of those "under the banner" of Woods, including "The Boys From Bath", Theo and Brad. Susana and I will also remember the Excellent Lewis, the Similarly Excellent Bobby (he of the tasty cakes, made by his wife!) and Chris, the Ingeniously Excellent Frank (whose CD identification "chart" idea is brilliant)...and have we forgotten anyone??? All our goods -including our wonderful-but-cumbersomely-huge Book, CD and DVD collections- were expertly packed, transported and delivered. Everything was carried out by EVERY member of your company with genuine enthusiasm for and enjoyment of the job...and my goodness, what a difference that makes! Everyone carried out their tasks with aplomb and good humour (and were happily sustained with plenty of biscuits, tea and coffee...😂) TREMENDOUS WORK FROM ALL, WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST RESERVATION, and we hope that you will share our happiness and thanks. Could not recommend this company enough! I I booked Woods removals to take the stress from my daughter and her partner moving to their first new home together. Tom Griffins communication with me was exceptional, he answered all e mails quickly and never minded with all of the phone calls, being helpful and courteous. Booking with Woods was so easy and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. To see my daughter just happy and smiling on the day of the removal was fantastic, I cannot thank Woods Removals enough. This is what my daughter sent to add to this review: Bobby and Louis were so helpful and made what could have been a very stressful day smooth sailing. They disassembled and reassembled the large pieces of furniture, and even put our clothes in special hanging boxes. No items were damaged, and they put a plastic wrap down as to not dirty our new carpets. Fantastic service!
